The design was the idea of Minorut Malhai and the building was completed in 2008. It has two levels with zebrano wood decking and gorgeous wooden shutters that provide privacy and also allow the users to have plenty of natural light. The front portion of the house features a large swimming pool, another area that shares similar characteristics. The second story of the house contains the master bedroom and it’s large, airy and bright. The whole residence has a beautiful glazed facade that provides natural light throughout the whole day. It’s a front porch area and it can be easily access to the beautiful garden.

The residence is actually a multi-family home. It has a simple and modern design and it also maintains a low carbon footprint. It was built using durable and lightweight materials that include timber, concrete blocks and glass. The planters that are actually resembling small umbrellas make the transition between the living room and garden areas.

The garden has a rectangular shape and it’s surrounded by a wooden deck. The front portion of the house is occupied by an open kitchen that opens onto the deck. Around the corner there’s also a dining area and the back part of the house has a living room, three bedrooms and one bathroom.{found on archdaily}
