You’re probably familiar with those plastic seats that cover the floor and the window that have some elliptical or 90 degree couches. Well, some designers that both Peter and Eric of San-Frans and Maarten de Roover decided to use their imagination and create something different, but in a subtle way. This wicker seat is the perfect example of what they did.
The wicker frame was first covered with rough woven cloth, that was woven around it, with the help of a big needle. Then the rest was put in the wicker, making sure it was woven carefully and in a tight circle. The finished product was a bit worn out, but not in a unpleasant way. Even the bright yellow is a happy touch. So the designers added some lamps to spice up the design. And since we all want to have lamps in our homes, this is an excellent idea.
